Contest Rules & Regulations

The Mumbai Cricket Gurukul Grand Cricket Contest is open to all legal residents of India who are six (6) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Mumbai Cricket Gurukul, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. The contest is subject to all applicable central, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.
The contest begins on October 15th, 2024, at 09:00 AM Indian Standard Time (IST) and ends on December 31st, 2024, at 11:59 PM IST (the "Contest Period"). All entries must be received during the Contest Period to be eligible. Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will be disqualified. Mumbai Cricket Gurukul’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the contest.
Participants must accurately and completely fill out the official online entry form available on this contest webpage. Limit one (1) primary entry per person/email address. Optional: For one (1) bonus entry, participants may share the official contest page link on their public social media profile (Facebook, X/Twitter, or Instagram) using the hashtag #MCGCricketContest. The social media share must be public to be verifiable. Multiple form entries by the same individual, or entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified.
Winners will be selected through a random draw conducted on or about January 7th, 2025, from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified via the email address and/or phone number provided at the time of entry within seven (7) days of the contest closing date. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, or is found to be ineligible, the prize may be forfeited, and Mumbai Cricket Gurukul reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternate winner.
Prizes are as stated in the "What You Can Win" section of this webpage. No cash or other prize alternatives will be offered. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Mumbai Cricket Gurukul reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any prize with another prize of equivalent or greater value without prior notice if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. All taxes, if any, on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
Personal data, such as name, email address, phone number, and age group, submitted with an entry will be collected and used by Mumbai Cricket Gurukul for the primary purposes of administering this contest, including winner selection and notification. If explicit consent is given by the participant at the time of entry, this information may also be used for future marketing communications from Mumbai Cricket Gurukul regarding its programs, events, and offers. All personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Participants have the right to access, modify, or delete their personal data by contacting us.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Mumbai Cricket Gurukul, which are final and binding in all respects.
